Our business policies:

Payment

We accept payments through Paypal, personal checks or money orders. Please note, we are currently only equipped to accept credit cards through Paypal. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible once payment is received. Orders where Paypal payments are received as “Pending Echecks” will be held until the Echeck clears, usually with 2-4 business days. If you are in a rush situation and require special consideration, please contact us and we will do our best to work with you.

 

Shipping

We do our best to keep our shipping charges as low as we possibly can. Shipping charges quoted on the site are for US and Canadian customers only. If you have ordered multiple items, and would like a personalized shipping quote, please just let us know before you pay. Your costs will be recalculated to reflect our actual cost of shipping plus a very small handling charge. This is most likely to result in additional savings the closer you are to our Southern California location.

Our normal service offerings are Priority Mail and Express Mail. If you have a special requirement and need an alternate form of delivery (Parcel Post, UPS, FedEx) please contact us and we will do our utmost to accommodate you, though these services may result in additional handling charges.

International Customers – we are happy to ship anywhere in the world, but please contact us after placing your order so that we may accurately quote the charges. You will pay only the actual Letter Post Air charges. If there is a substantial difference between this and the Economy rate, we'll give you a both rates and let you choose, but we generally don't recommend the Economy service, as it takes at least 4-6 weeks to get to you.

Please note: we encourage our customers to combine shipping on items won on Ebay and purchased directly from the website.

 

Returns

Where the return is not due to damage or an error on our part, we will accept returns from non-smoking environments. We sincerely do not mean to offend anyone by this restriction on returns, but the plain fact is, if the item comes back smelling of cigarettes, we are unable to re-sell it. In the event a return is made that we find we must refuse, you will be contacted so that we can work out an equitable arrangement.

Upon receipt of the item in sellable condition, we will issue a refund of the purchase price. In most cases, there will be no restocking charge. The exception to this is items won on auction. In these cases, restocking will be equal only to certain actual fees that we cannot recover. Shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable in these cases.

Damage to uninsured shipments are not our responsibility, though we will do our utmost to make sure you are satisfied with the outcome.

Of course, any returns due to our error will be fully remedied at our expense.

In all cases, if you prefer, we will be happy to carry a "store credit" against future purchases. In this instance any applicable restocking charges will be waived.

 

Wholesale

We are frequently contacted about providing wholesale pricing on our items. Each request is considered individually, but our minimum for consideration is six pieces. Wholesale prices are generally 20-30% discounts off our retail prices. Larger orders may warrant additional discount levels. Note that we do not stock large quantities of any item, so very large orders are subject to availability from our distributors or manufacturers.
